1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of gb9999.pro (the "Platform"), you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gb9999. They apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person interacting with the Platform in any capacity. gb9999 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use gb9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are not acting on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or similar restriction on any gambling platform.
• You have not previously had a gb9999 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Registration Process

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may maintain only one active account on the gb9999 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — including accounts using different personal details but belonging to the same individual — is a serious breach of these terms. gb9999 may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your gb9999 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gb9999 will treat any transaction carried out under your account as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it. If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify gb9999 immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your gb9999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method prior to closure. gb9999 may decline to close an account while a fraud investigation or bonus-abuse review is pending.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gb9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to the gb9999 account within minutes of transaction confirmation.
• gb9999 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• gb9999 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed same-day during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• gb9999 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
• gb9999 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per calendar day.

4.4 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Any Player who initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through their payment provider while funds remain on the gb9999 Platform will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. gb9999 reserves the right to recover any amounts subject to chargeback from the Player's account balance. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and offers made available by gb9999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

5.2 Welcome Bonus — 200% up to ৳40,000

The gb9999 welcome bonus awards a 200% match on a Player's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of ৳40,000. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: ৳500.
• The bonus is credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the combined value of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise at the time the bonus is offered.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute 10%–20%; specific games may be excluded entirely. Current contribution rates are published in the Promotions section of the Platform.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

No Player has a right to retain winnings resulting from a manifest error.

• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.

11. Prohibited Activities

13. Amendments & Governing Terms

gb9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and gb9999 with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
